Vegetation species composition (1981). Plot locations were randomly scattered in each soil site and were NOT the same plots sampled in subsequent collections. Seven cover classes were used to estimate species canopy coverage. 1 - 0-1% cover; 2 - 2-5% cover; 3 - 5-25% cover; 4 - 25-50% cover; 5 - 50-75%; 6 - 75-95% cover; 7 - 95-100% cover.
